The Virtuous Chocolate Cake (eggless & gluten free) with Dairy-free Dark Chocolate Frosting (gluten free)

We developed this cake recipe as a request but liked it so much that it found a place on our menu. The idea was to come up with a gluten free, eggless cake without compromising on the flavor or texture. We went one step ahead and also made it butter-free and refined sugar free. This deeply chocolaty and moreish cake will make you forget it's 'missing' all these traditional cake ingredients!

The frosted layered cake is available for pick up in Balewadi, Pune or for delivery across Pune. The other variants, round or mini loaves (unfrosted), are shippable.
