We finally got our hands on some beautiful & reliably organic strawberries from our Panchgani farmer so it's time to bring back these delightful little tartlets.
Here we build it on a Ragi & Pistachio biscuit base which carries a layer of moist and fudgy Pistachio cake.
It's topped off with a creamy Vanilla Custard, house made strawberry compote and a pile of fresh organic strawberries.
This little pastry is nutty, creamy & fruity with a beautiful balance of textures and flavors. Perfect for your tea time table, it'll also be a fabulous way to end a meal.
