Spiced Orange Peel Shortbread (Eggless)

This shortbread is a nod to this time of the year and although fairly plain looking, it is packed with flavor. These buttery, nutty biscuits are flavoured with a combination of cinnamon & nutmeg while the orange peel brightens it up. We have kept them pretty small, which means you may conveniently pop one right in with a cup of afternoon tea or coffee.
