Salted Espresso Chocolate Biscuit (Eggless)

We have a biscuit fan in the team who's thrilled with this new offering. The intention was to come up with a cookie with flavours of coffee & chocolate but it kind of ended up being a wholesome rendition of something we are all familiar with, Hide & Seek!

The brown sugar in the biscuit brings in a caramelly & toasty note, while the coffee imparts a pleasantly bitter edge. We use chocolate chunks (67%, Manam) and sea salt to rein all that in beautifully. It's a flaky, crisp & small biscuit that you can pop in the mouth anytime you are craving a little something sweet (and you get a hit of caffeine in the bargain too).
