Olive & Caper Cheese Spread (Eggless, GF)

We have been making this delicious cheese mix for a while now, mainly for use in the bakery, as a filling for our Savoury Puffs. The leftovers have been consistently going into our sandwiches and bagels at home. So we thought, why not add this to the pantry as well. A mix of Cream Cheese, Kodai Cheddar and a bunch of punchy seasonings like chopped olives, capers & chilli, this spread is creamy, salty, zesty and a tiny bit spicy.

Perfectly versatile as a spread, it's great for use in sandwiches, filling for an omlete & as a dip with crackers, but imho THE best use of it is on a toasted bagel. Mounded, not smeared please.

P.S: To be refrigerated. Will stay good for up to 2 weeks.
