This New England Style Hot Dog Bun is soft, buttery and just the right size that would not overwhelm the sausage filling. We have sneaked in some Tangzhong into the dough to make it sturdier and more tender at the same time.
This top loading bun is best enjoyed toasted all sides in butter and then being split for your preferred choice of filling (we highly recommend The Daily Cut for their wonderful lineup of artisanal, no nonsense sausages - check them out!)
