We wanted to do something special with the beautiful organic strawberries we have been getting this season. Pairing house-made strawberry compote with roasted black sesame custard turned out pretty special. This version of our Cream bun is sweet, salty, creamy, slightly tart, intensely nutty and truly delightful with a cup of steaming black coffee. Try it for yourself.
