Belgian Chocolate Basque Cheesecake

We tweaked our Classic Basque Cheesecake into a chocolate one. This deep, dark chocolatey version is creamy, sweet, salty & comes with a crust. We have used a housemade biscuit base made with ragi & hazelnuts adding a crumbly buttery finish to the cheesecake.
