Belgian Dark Chocolate Mini Loaf Cake

This is a our plain and simple chocolate teacake. Chocolatey, not too sweet and made with wholewheat flour and unrefined sugar which gives it a lovely nutty undertone. Best enjoyed at room temperature or slightly warm with or without ice cream. 

Made using Callebaut Chocolate (70% & 54%).
