Strawberry & Lime Marshmallows

We started making marshmallows a couple of years back, mainly to complement our Spiced Hot chocolate mix and it ended up being a perfect companion to it.

While we still have cool mornings and nights, we wanted to tempt you with a fruitier & brighter version of the same marshmallows. Made with raw sugar & honey, this one has a bit of lime and chopped dried strawberries running through it. We also decided to shower it with dried rose petals and sea salt to bring a bit of February oomph to it and it works very well indeed.

Try it as a sweet snack or better yet torched atop our Belgian Hot Chocolate Mix!
