Ham, Goat Cheese & Roasted Tomato Quiche

We have a new flavour in our Quiche line up!

Given that we have access to some great quality artisanal smoked ham thanks to The Daily Cut, we decided to do a classic Ham & Cheese Quiche, albeit with our own twist. Here we have a creamy base layer of a savoury spicy ricotta filling followed by a generous smattering of smoked ham and roasted tomatoes. We finish it off with a sour cream custard and chunks of goat cheese. This deeply savoury combination works wonderfully with the roasted tomatoes providing pops of brightness. Great on its own but easily works as a light meal with addition of a side salad.
