Spiced Festive Jam & Brown Butter Almond Tart

This is a festive, season appropriate version of our Almond & Jam Tart.
Here we have a jam made of dry fruits like raisin & cranberry along with apples and oranges. It's a bright, sweet & slightly tart jam that pairs very well with the brown butter Almond cream on top. We finish it off with some flaked almonds on top for extra texture.
Inspired by a bakewell tart, this is equally delightful at the breakfast table with a cup of coffee or at tea time with some earl grey.
