We wanted to bring you a simple country loaf that's not super crusty or sour.
This loaf is 50% wholewheat and is loaded with seeds and rolled oats, giving it heft but also making the crumb fluffy & tender. It's wonderful untoasted when fresh with salted butter and / or jam but also makes for a great toast after 2 days. This is a super versatile bread - as we found out - and can be easily used as a side to soups, salads, stews and stir fries, other than being a perfect accompaniment to your morning eggs.
